INTRODUCTION

1.) Welcome to CO2 Game (“the Application”).
2.) The Application is provided to you by CO2 Cards Ltd. (“the Company”) in partnership with Phoneum Inc. ("The Platform"). The Application is owned and operated by CO2 Cards and the Application is located in the Google Play Store and coming soon to the Apple App Store.
3.) For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, all references to the CO2 Game include the Applications and/or its associated products.

5.) Your privacy on the Applications is of the utmost importance to us. We will never share your personal information with any third party, but because we may gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.
6.) The private information you provide on the Application will be used only for its intended purpose.

9.) As a general rule, the Company and/or the Application do not collect personal information about you when you visit/use the Application, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Submitting personal information through the Application is voluntary. By doing so, you are giving the Company and/or the Application your permission to use the information for the stated purpose. However, not providing certain information may result in the Company and/or the Application the inability to provide you with the Services of the Application.
10.) If you choose to provide us with personal information on the Application, methods will include but are not limited to, geo-location information, social network account and/or social network user id (excluding passwords).
11.) We may also use the personal information without limitations to, provide you with the Services and/or respond to any of your message(s) and/or feedback(s). The information we may receive from you varies based on what you do when operating the Application.

By enabling the user authorization features found within the Application, you may provide basic information such as including, but limited to, your name, phone number, address, email address and gender which allows us to send information, provide updates and/or provide you with the Services in the Application.
13.) If you engage in certain features within the Application, including but not limited to, loyalty-card, newsletters and advertising, certain personal information as described in Clause 12 herein may be asked for and stored in the database of the Application. The said personal information may be shared with the owner(s)/operator(s) of the Application.
14.) The Application and/or the Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of links you choose to link to and from the Applications so that you can understand how those links collect, use and share your information (“Third Party Links”). The Application and/or the Company are not responsible for the privacy statements or other contents on the Third Party Links outside of the Application.

THE NATURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

15.) Personal information we collect which you may provide to us includes:
a. ‘Identifying information’ (i.e. name, date and place of birth, gender, age);
b. ‘Contact information’ (i.e. mobile phone numbers, email addresses);
c. ‘Financial information’ (i.e. credit card number and details), and
d. Wallet information for ERC20 and BTC.
16.) As a general rule, you have the right not to provide the foregoing information when dealing with the Application and/or the Company and/or when we provide the Services to you in the Application. However, not providing certain information may result in the inability to provide you with the services.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

17.) We collect and temporarily store certain information about your usage of the Application. The information includes:
a. The type of mobile device you use;
b. The unique device ID of your mobile device;
c. The IP address of your mobile device;
d. The operating system of your mobile device;
e. The type of mobile internet browsers of your device, and
f. GPS location.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

18.) The Company and/or the Application collect and use your personal information to operate the Application and deliver Services to you in respect of the Application.
19.) The Company and/or the Application does not sell, rent or lease its customer list to third parties.
20.) The Company and/or the Application may, from time to time, contact you about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (i.e. email, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party.
21.) The Company and/or the Application may share data between/with Third Parties to help perform statistical analysis, send you email and/or provide customer support (“the Services”). All such Third Parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide the Services to the Company and/or the Application and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
22.) The Company and/or the Application may keep track of the Application and users visit within the Application, in order to determine the popularity of the Application. The data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within in the Application to customers whose behavior indicates they are interested in a particular subject area.

The personal information you provide to us whether voluntarily or automatically as the foregoing paragraphs describes, may be used and disclosed without limitations, to our employees, staffs, insurers, professionals, agents, suppliers, subcontractors and/or other parties we deem fit for the purpose and in the manner reasonably necessary for the carrying out of the Application and for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
24.) Personal information may be disclosed to the Third Parties. When personal information is disclosed all terns and conditions contained herein shall have effect for the purpose of protecting your personal information.
25.) Compliance with legal requirements for the enforcement of law, regulations, court orders, subpoena, warrant during the course of a legal proceedings or otherwise may render our need to disclose personal information.
26.) Personal information may also be used to protect and safeguard the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, intellectual property rights or safety of the Company and/or the Application.

27.) The Company and/or the Application secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
28.) The Company and/or the Application implements the use of (1) protection of the Company’s server by firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data.

29.) The Company and/or the Application do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this Application.

CHANGES

31.) The terns contained in the Privacy Policy may change and are subject to modification and amendments. All modifications and the time of the changes and modification will be subject to the sole direction of the Company and/or the Application and such changes will have immediate effect. No notice will be given to you prior to such changes and/or modifications; you are therefore advised to review our Privacy Policy from time to time.

5.) The Application is not and will not be liable, either expressly or in an implied manner, and is not responsible for any physical and/or emotional problems that may and/or could occur from any of the information on the Application.

6.) You agree that use of the Application is at your sole risk. All information and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

INDEMNIFICATION

In the event that the Application becomes a party to any third part proceedings, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, without limitations, the Applications, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of without limitations, the negligence, fault, mistake, misrepresentation and/or fraud of a third party.
